How do you like the new look ?

I've added some new pics, including some of my favorite cheesecakes.  I'm thinking of including recipes in the future as well.  I'm hoping to be up on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest in the next week or so,  AND I'm busy recording a You Tube video!!  I gotta spread the word to all the cheesecake bakers out there of this much simpler way to bake in a water bath!!  Wish me luck on my video!


  • I couldn’t find the recipes. I clicked on the photo and name for the Apple Cinnamon as well as the Mocha Cheesecakes, but it wasn’t linked to recipes. Please advise.

  • I noticed the wrap is oven safe to 475 degrees. I have been baking at 500 for 10 mins and 250 for 90 mins. I would like to know how to cook at 475 instead of 500.

  • This cheesecake wrap and directions for its use are awesome! My cheesecake was beautiful and it had a wonderfully smooth consistency. The added plus was that there wasn’t leakage into the oven which would have caused the smoke alarm to go off as had happened previously in the past.
